For
Parkinson's Benefit
“Knock Out Parkinson’s Jazz
and Blues Festival,” the second annual benefit for the Muhammad
Ali Parkinson Center in Phoenix, will be held from 11 a.m. to 4
p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30 at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort, 7200 N.
Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale.
The event is
sponsored by the Parkinson Network of Arizona, organized by
co-chairmen Bob Crozier and Tony Ross, who are Scottsdale
residents with Parkinson’s.
The brunch will
feature five performances: solo pianist Danny Long, jazz
organist Papa John DeFrancesco, Margo Reed with the Joel Robin
Quartet, Charles Lewis Quintet and Carmela Ramirez Sextet.
Admission is $75 per person,

auction will be donated to the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center.
Last year’s event raised $10,000.
